In January 2018, Geotecnia Patagonia was awarded the geotechnical study for the construction of a five-story building covering an area of approximately 8,000 m², along with the installation of a wind turbine and urban development works such as access and circulation roads, parking areas, slipways – maneuvering yard, ramps, and a helipad of approximately 438 m². The soil mechanics report is currently in its final review stage.
